It appears there is no action anymore...
Yes, indeed, and I assure you: I am as disappointed as you are.Am I running out of ideas, or motivation? Yes, sometimes more, sometimes less. Most creative people know this problem. Some get over it easily, some dont. The worst case are abandoned projects.
But I wont let that happen. Even if there wouldn't be anyone left to play my creation in the end, I would still go on creating. Some of you might think "Oh noo, it will be like Duke Nukem Forever - many years of development and it still wont be an awsome game after all!".
I will tell you why this is not going to happen:- First reason: I am working on this project because my heart tells me so, not my wallet
- Second reason: There are three important instances for who I develop this game: 1. Half-Life; 2. You, the fans; 3. I myself
- Third reason: The story and the characters I am planning are kind of important to me, just like they are important for book authors or similar.
Plus a project like this sure is a good reference for jobs in the gaming business :)
So, in case I wont post a new status in the next two weeks, happy holidays to you all!
Looking for a comic artist!

I hope you already had some nice summer days! :)
Maybe you remember that I want to introduce the story to you in an "adequate manner". Well, this implies that I find somebody who is willing to create a short comic for the project. The style will need to be a realistic one (should go with Half-Life), something serious but also cartoonish (maybe like the Fear 3 comic, just as an example).
If your style matches this condition and if you are interested in the Half-Life universe, Sci-Fi-Games and emotional storylines, please contact me.
Requirements:
Whoever is willing to do this for the project - I will definitely owe him/her a lot! :D

M2 Bradley model finished
Hi :}
It were some hard weeks.. well, rather months.. but finally I can show you what drived me crazy since I created its first vertice - the M2 Bradley, used by the HECU forces you encountered in the Half-Life games.
As reference I used maybe one million pictures from all over the internet, not to mention that almost none of them gave me the close look I needed for so many details, so I had to improvise a few times. Nevertheless I would not have expected such a result. Maybe because I made a very slow progress and had to experiment with several effects to archieve the wanted overall look.
I am happy and I hope so are you :)
But: stand by for even more, because we are not finished yet! ;D
You dont expect this baby to just stand there and look awesome, do you?
Did you recognize its weapons? Well, take a good look, I guess you wont see them again this close! >:D
At this point I should note that The zxeno prophet agreed to work on the code. In advance he can use the final model of the Bradley for the Half-Life modification Blue Shift: Reassignment where he is currently also involved. So please, dont blame me if you get stuck at the place were you encounter it! ;)

Finished "Cry of Fear" website design
Hi there,the last week I was creating a new webdesign for the guys from Cry of Fear. Since this is done now, I will go on with Nohras Concealment right away!
Oh and just für those of you who did not get it:
I was not on a real vacation, Fäversholm is not a real swedish town and of course it was not a "job", I did it for free, just for the fun ;D

I am on vacation for some days. You might know the beautiful swedish town Fäversholm? Well, I am having a great time there doing a part-time job as a web artist ;DSee you in some days folks :)
New homepage and an updated profile for ModDB
Since it is really fiddly to create a unique-looking profile at moddb, I quickly used the prepared layout (you might have seen it already during the last days) and created a handy homepage with (for now) a focus on textual informations compared to rather media based profiles on Moddb, Facebook or YouTube.
I hope the FAQs helps some of you who were badly looking for answers on some specific questions around this project or - more generally - modding/modeling for Half-Life.
I want to reassure you, that there was something going on the last weeks. You will definitely get more informations soon! Some of you might even know what it is ;)
And finally I want to thank you all again for your interest, for sticking with Half-Life and its "rusty" engine and of course for any support you might offer or already have accomplished.
